Vodafone GPRS/2G Settings for Android Based Phone

Here is the process for the manual setting of the Airtel Live of your android base phone.
In main menu open Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names

There may be some APN listed over by default, keep them as it is.
Press menu key to add new APN, and then add following details


Name : vmc
APN : www
APN type : default(write if selection options is not available) 
Keep all other fields as it is. Save it.
Go back to the APNs list and select the newly added APN AL.
It's done with settings.
Now restart your phone for 5-10 seconds.
Enjoy Vodafone GPRS/2G on your phone.
